| KC Lights offers you a 30 day Money Back
Guarantee. Just contact our Sales Department at
kclights@kc.rr.com for an
authorization code. We only specify that the product not be damaged, missing
components or manufacturer's documentation and must be in the original
packaging. We will not accept C.O.D. packages. Products which are not in
like new condition will be charged a restocking/handling fee. This will be
done at the discretion of our company. Credit will be issued for the
products only. Shipping charges which you incurred will not be refunded.
Should your order arrive damaged, contact your local UPS office or delivery
company within 48 hours of delivery for a claim replacement to be accepted.
Warranties All parts are covered only by the Manufacturer's Warranties
and/or Guarantees. KC. Lights can assume no responsibility for the use,
misuse or application by the user. Actual shipping costs apply. Damaged
Merchandise Before we ship, products are inspected for damage and repacked
to make sure they arrive at your door safely. Claims for damage during
shipment must be made by you to the delivering carrier within three days of
